Pineapple-Chicken Salad Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapples, drained
    3 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped almonds
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pie shell.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into the pie shell.
    Chill before serving.
    Yields 6 servings. You may omit pie shell and serve on a lettuce leaf.
