Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 sticks butter
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream
1 lb. frozen coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add dry ingredients.
Fold in coconut.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
