The Major'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Place rinsed and dried chicken on a baking pan, skin side up. Sprinkle half the garlic, salt and soy on the chicken.
Turn and sprinkle bone side with remaining ingredients.
Grill 20 minutes, bone side down, 20 minutes skin side down and another 15 minutes bone side down over low heat.
Serves 6.
