Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 c. cooked, mashed, salted squash
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    To cooked squash, add eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Beat.
    Mix cornstarch in enough milk to dissolve and add to preceding ingredients.
    Add sugar and beat again.
    Add coconut and stir.
