Burgundy Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. round tip steak, trimmed of fat and cut into 1-inch chunks)
    2 to 3 tsp. liquid gravy flavor
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. (6 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
    3 large ribs celery, cut into 1/2-inch diagonal slices (1 3/4 c.)
    1 medium onion, sliced (1 c.)
    2 large cloves garlic, crushed
    12 peeled baby carrots
    3/4 c. Burgundy or dry red wine
    2/3 c. low sodium beef broth
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Lightly spray 2 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
    Place beef in baking dish, toss with gravy flavoring and flour.
    Set aside.
    Spray 1/2-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray; set over medium high heat.
    Add mushrooms, celery, onion and garlic; cook about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender but still crisp. Transfer vegetables to baking dish along with carrots, wine, beef broth, thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper.
    Bake covered 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovering to stir occasionally until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked.
