Apple Burros - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can apple pie filling
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Combine pie filling and next 4 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spoon 2 tablespoons into center of each tortilla.
    Fold in sides and roll to enclose filling.
    Deep fry in 350\u00b0 oil for 5 minutes or until golden.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with sugar while still warm.
