Onion Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. minced onions
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in sugar, salt and butter. Cool to lukewarm. Measure water in a bowl and sprinkle in the yeast. Stir to dissolve and add the cooled milk mixture.
    Add the onions and flour.
    Stir until well blended, about 2 minutes. Cover and let rise until dough has doubled (about 1 hour).
    Stir down and beat 1 minute. Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish. Bake about 1
    hour at 375\u00b0.
