Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. oleo
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
    4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Sift 2 cups flour and powdered sugar together.
    Cut in margarine until well blended.
    Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour on cooled crust.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cover with powdered sugar while still warm.
