Brandy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
    flour
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
    3 Tbsp. brandy
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    rice or noodles to serve (not good on potatoes)
Preparation
    Lightly dredge breasts in flour.
    Lightly brown in 3 to 4 tablespoons butter.
    Put in single layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
