Brownie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. nuts
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa and cinnamon.
    Make well in center.
    Combine egg, oil and milk.
    Add to dry ingredients in well; stir until moistened.
    Fold in chopped nuts.
    Fill greased or paper lined muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Yield: 12.
