Shrimp And Scallops Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 lb. raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 flour tortillas
1/2 c. salsa
1/4 c. guacamole
1/2 lb. sea scallops
Preparation
-
Mix Cajun seasoning, oil, lime juice, oregano, cumin and garlic in shallow glass or plastic dish.
Stir in shrimp and scallops.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
