Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine margarine and lemon juice.
    Brush chicken with mixture.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place in baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Combine rice, chicken broth and water in medium saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until broth is absorbed.
    Serve next to baked chicken.
