Biscuit Topped Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 12 x 8-inch dish.
    In a large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain.
    Stir in water, pepper, tomato sauce and paste.
    Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vegetables and 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Spoon in a baking dish.
    Separate the biscuits into 10.
    Place bread near outer edge, overlapping.
    Sprinkle cheese in center and around the edge.
    Gently brush butter on biscuits. Sprinkle with oregano.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
