Crisp Zucchini Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium zucchini
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Wash and trim
zucchini.
Cut
in long strips, 1/2-inch thick, 2 1/2-inches
long.
Coat strips with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Dip strips in mixture of slightly beaten egg and lemon juice; coat with bread crumbs.
Fry in melted butter or margarine. Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot.
Serves 4.
