Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed, boiled sweet potatoes
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
sugar, salt and spices to taste
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Set oven at 450\u00b0.
Line a 9-inch pie pan with plain pastry. Mix all ingredients well.
Spoon into the pie shell and bake until brown (30 minutes).
