Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken (bite size)
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise with 1/4 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    crushed crackers and potato chips for topping
    Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in butter until onions are transparent.
    Mix together with the soup and mayonnaise and add the rest of the ingredients.
    Place in a buttered casserole dish. Cover with buttered crackers and potato chips and sprinkle cheese and paprika over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
    Serves 6.
