Pat'S Neighborly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

pie dough (top and bottom crusts)
4 or more c. raspberries
7/8 to 1 c. sugar
5 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix raspberries and sugar together. Pour over berries. Stir gently. Let stand 10 minutes. Put berry mixture in crust. Top with 1 1/2 teaspoons butter pats. Vent top crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Great topped with vanilla ice cream.
