Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1 pt. oysters
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Grease baking dish.
    Melt butter and toss crumbs with it. Layer ingredients in baking dish as follows:
    1/3 butter crumbs, 1/2 oysters, dash salt, pepper, parsley, 1/3 butter crumbs, 1/2 oysters, 1/3 butter crumbs, dash salt, pepper and parsley.
    Pour milk over top; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
