Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef bottom round or rump roast
    6 to 8 carrots, peeled
    6 to 8 onions, peeled
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled
Preparation
    Put the roast in a conventional oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Potatoes take 1 hour, carrots and onions need 1/2 hour.
    (Use a roaster to accommodate everything.)
    When this pot roast is done cooking, remove from roaster onto large serving plate, then enjoy. Should serve 3 to 5 people.
