Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak or sirloin steak, cut in strips
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut in chunks
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1 small jar mushrooms
    1 small jar pimentos
Preparation
    Saute steak, pepper and onion in the margarine. Add mushroom soup, 1/2 can water, mushrooms and pimentos. Bring to boil, then cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve over hot rice.
