New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 lb. cream cheese
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In bowl, place crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar (from the 1 cup).
    Blend well.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumbs for garnish.
    Press remaining mixture on bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Chill in freezer.
