Tipsy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, scraped and sliced diagonally
    1/2 c. rum
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of ground nutmeg
    dash of ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine carrots, rum and water in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss gently until butter melts.
