Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 c. fine breadcrumbs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in loaf pan or cooking dish.
Mix in all the rest of the ingredients, saving the milk and vanilla until last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes (uncovered).
