Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
16 pecan halves (for garnish)
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar together until well blended.
Add butter, corn syrup, salt, vanilla and chopped pecans and mix thoroughly. Pour into prepared unbaked pie shell.
Bake until filling is set. Bake about 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
Use 10 1/2-inch pie plate.
