Peaches And Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 1/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches (undrained)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients in mixing bowl; beat at medium speed until smooth.
Pour mixture into greased 8-inch round cake pan.
Drain peaches, reserving 3 tablespoons of liquid; set aside. Arrange peaches over batter.
Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach juice; beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon mixture over peaches in center of cake, leaving a 1-inch border around edge of pan.
Combine 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cream cheese filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove; cool and chill.
