Arliss'S Salsa Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium tomatoes, fresh or canned
    3 medium onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    3 green peppers, chopped
    3 fresh or 1 can jalapeno peppers, seeded
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    3 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato paste
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and bring to a boil in heavy pan.
    Boil slowly to desired thickness, about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Put in jars and process in water bath for 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 pints.
