Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked as directed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix gently together and place in buttered casserole.
    Top with 1 cup grated cheese and sprinkle with 1 cup cracker crumbs.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
