Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, cut up
    2 carrots, grated
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carton sour cream
    1 pkg. herb seasoning mix
    4 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Cook squash.
    Drain.
    Season with salt, pepper and 4 tablespoons oleo.
    Mix soup, sour cream, onion, carrots and pimento.
    Place half of dressing in bottom of casserole.
    Put squash mixture in middle. Use other half of dressing mix on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
