Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 finely chopped bell pepper
    1 box Minute rice
    1 lb. chicken gizzards
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. chopped chicken livers
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sage
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Boil rice.
    In a separate pan, boil the livers and gizzards. Drain rice and use the juice from the chicken parts to pour over the rice.
    Fry onions, pepper and celery in butter.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake for 30 minutes on low heat.
    Serves 8 to 10.
