Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) box frozen hash browns (8 patties), thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large carton sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers, blended with 1/2 stick of butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for 45 minutes or until browned.
