Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. kraut (1 lb. can), drained partly
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. thin sliced green pepper
1/2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Stir sugar into kraut.
Let stand 1/2 hour.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill at least 12 hours before serving.
