Cream Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    milk
    cream cheese
    butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
    ketchup (optional)
Preparation
    Whip eggs with a little milk until frothy.
    Add 7 lumps of cream cheese and mix in lightly.
    Pour into frying pan containing sizzling butter or margarine.
    Stir lightly while cooking until egg mixture is soft and cream cheese is melted into eggs.
    Do not overcook.
    Place on large plate.
    Add salt, pepper and ketchup to taste.
    Serves 3 or 4.
