Boston Baked Beans(A 3 Generation Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried beans
    1/4 lb. salt pork
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 onion, quartered
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Wash beans and soak overnight. Cook until just tender. Drain, reserving liquid. Combine beans and all other ingredients in a bean pot or 2-quart casserole. Cover with bean liquid. Cover and bake 6 to 8 hours at 250\u00b0. Add more liquid as necessary, stirring occasionally.
