Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cottage cheese, heated
1/4 tsp. soda
2 tsp. dill seed or 1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 Tbsp. butter
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant onion
1 unbeaten egg
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into 9 x 5-inch bread pan. Cover and let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down.
Let rise again.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with butter and salt.
