German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 sliced apples
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy.
Add oil and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.
Add salt, soda and cinnamon to flour; mix thoroughly. Add apple slices, nuts and vanilla; stir until mixed in.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place mixture in a greased and floured sheet cake pan and bake for 45 minutes.
