Pineapple-Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked turkey
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    6 lettuce cups
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pineapple and lettuce; chill. Before serving, stir in pineapple.
    Serve in lettuce cups.
    Serves 6.
