Pizza Perfect - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm (not hot) water
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. olive oil
    7 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Measure water and sprinkle over yeast.
    Stir until dissolved. Stir in sugar, salt and olive oil.
    Add 4 cups sifted flour and beat until smooth.
    Add rest of flour and turn out on floured board, kneading until smooth and elastic.
    Place dough in large greased bowl and grease slightly all over.
    Cover and let rise until double (approximately 45 minutes).
