Garden Salad Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    2 c. diced, cooked green beans
    2 c. diced, cooked carrots
    1 c. diced celery
    2 t. chopped chives
    1/2 c. chopped stuffed olives
    1/4 c. lemon juice, fresh, frozen, or canned
    1 to 2 t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    Mayonnaise
Preparation
    Rub salad bowl with cut clove of garlic.
    Alternate layers of vegetables and olives in lettuce-lined bowl; sprinkle each layer with lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
