Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    7 1/2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Blend all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add buttermilk, oil and eggs.
    Blend until all ingredients are moistened. (Do not stir batter again.)
    Mixture may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks in covered nonmetal containers. Use as needed.
    Bake in muffin tins at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes. Yields 4 dozen muffins.
