Glazed Fruit 'N' Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. apricot preserves
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cocktail frankfurters or 1/2 lb. frankfurters, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 large red apple, cored and cut into chunks
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine preserves, lemon juice, cornstarch and cinnamon.
    Cook and stir until well blended and slightly thickened.
    Stir in frankfurters and pineapple; heat through. Just before serving, stir in apple and orange.
    Serve warm.
    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
