Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper to taste (try 1 tsp. each)
    1 tsp. brown sugar (about)
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Dice onion; simmer in water until dry.
    Add hamburger; crumble as much as possible.
    Cook until done.
    Use fork and crumble hamburger as much as you can while cooking.
    Drain all water off. Add salt, pepper, brown sugar and ketchup.
    Cook a few minutes; taste to see if it needs more salt, pepper or ketchup.
    Serve on hot dog and bun, or just eat on hamburger bun.
