Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 stick butter
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 to 1 c. pecans, chopped fine
    1 tsp. rooster sauce
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation
    Spread butter in a large bowl.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes and chopped pecans.
    In another large bowl, mix together cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, rooster sauce, minced onion and adding last the whipped cream.
    Roll mixture in buttered bowl to shape. Sprinkle more parsley flakes and chopped pecans on the ball.
    Chill 2 hours.
