Hardee'S Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Add buttermilk and yeast together. Put in a lightly covered bowl and place in refrigerator until morning.
Roll out the amount you need and cut into biscuits. Bake at 425\u00b0 until done.
The dough will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
