Mama'S Boiled Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. sweet milk
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. flour, sifted
    2/3 c. whiskey
    9 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 qt. milk
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put milk in double boiler and start heating.
    Mix dry ingredients together and sift.
    Add the 9 egg yolks (or whites too) and beat with 1/2 cup milk.
    Strain into milk mixture.
    Cook until thick, stirring almost all of the time.
    Add whiskey to taste and strain into containers.
