Teriyaki Marinade For Beef, Chicken Or Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    2 small pieces ginger root
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake.
    Marinated pierced beef and pork at least 1 hour (skinned, pierced chicken, 3/4 hour). Baste with marinade while broiling.
