Peach Streusel Picnic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped nuts or pecans
1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 large peaches
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mace or nutmeg
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Combine nuts, oats, brown sugar and butter; set aside.
Peel and pit peaches.
Cut into thin slices and toss with lemon juice; set aside.
