Sherried Fruit(Very Beautiful) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) jar special apple rings, drained
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/3 to 1 c. sherry
Preparation
    Cut apple rings and pineapple slices in half.
    Arrange fruit in layers in 2-quart casserole; set aside.
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan over low heat.
    Add flour and sugar, stirring until smooth, 1 minute.
    Gradually add sherry.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
    Pour over fruit; cover and chill 8 hours.
    Let come to room temperature.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
