Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
16 oz. can tomatoes (crushed, whole, whatever you have handy, with juice)
10 1/2 oz. can beef broth
4.5 oz. can undrained mushrooms
1 c. red wine or water
2 lb. cubed potatoes
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
6 whole carrots, cut into pieces
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt, marjoram, pepper and garlic powder
