5 Can Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can enchilada sauce
1 large bag Doritos chips
grated cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and onions in a large Dutch oven.
Drain.
Add soups, beans, tomatoes and enchilada sauce.
Simmer 20 minutes. Turn off heat.
Add chips and place into two casserole dishes. Top with cheese.
Put into hot oven long enough to melt cheese.
