Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 c. cottage cheese
1 to 2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
18 to 24 large fresh mushrooms caps
melted butter
pimiento strips
Preparation

In small skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter or oleo until tender.
In large bowl, mix cheese and salt; stir in stuffing mix, bacon and onion.
